Your school P&C needs you, in the past we have lost patrons and therefore business due to the ineffectiveness of our menu items available to customers. In eight weeks time we will be hosting a dinner function; at this function will be individuals who suffer with various forms of food intolerance's/allergies, or medical conditions requiring special dietary requirements. With your help you will need to design a menu that not only will cater for our multicultural society of today but also be inclusive of the many other forms of food items suitable for a range of other issues. It is hoped that from this experience that a list will be compiled of these recipes so they can be added to our school tuck shop.
